Using the netstat command

dependent node for this SP Switch Router Adapter will be specified in the Gateway column. This is the address to which packets for the destination network will be sent when they enter the SP Switch Router from external networks or from other SP Switch Router Adapter networks. This is how you display the route paths that have been built for packets destined for or sent from the SP system.

netstat -rs

Using both the -rand -soptions, netstat prints routing statistics:

% netstat -rs

routing:

0 bad routing redirects

0 dynamically created routes

0 new gateways due to redirects

44 destinations found unreachable

0 uses of a wildcard route

netstat -in

Here is an example of output from netstat -inwith interface information. Interface gt020 is the SP Switch Router Adapter card from slot 2:
