11Press the Start key. Your fax machine will begin waiting for the time and date you have set before sending the fax.
Sending a Delayed Fax From Memory
1Load your documents.
2Press the Select Function key.
3Press the 1/Delayed TX One Touch key. The display will show DELAYED TX and today’s date.
4If the transmission is to occur today, press the Yes ◀ key and go to step 7. If the transmission is to occur at a later date, press the No ♣ key.
5Using the numeric keypad, enter the date on which you wish the transmission to begin.

6Press the Yes ◀ key.
The display will show PRG. START TIME.
7Using the numeric keypad, enter the time on which you wish the transmission to begin.

8Press the Yes ◀ key and the display will show BROADCAST/MEMORY TX or FEEDER TX depend- ing on the User Function 18 setting.
9If the display shows BROADCAST/MEMORY TX go to step 10. If the display shows FEEDER TX press No ♣ key, display will show BROADCAST/MEMORY TX.

11Press the Yes ◀ key to confirm your selection. The display will show SELECT LOCATION(S).
12Repeat Steps 10 and 11 as often as necessary to continue selecting locations.
