Error indications relating to SMTP

Category	Content	Description
POP3 server error	Authentication error	Entered user name or password may be incorrect. Check if
		the mail settings are configured correctly.
	Failed to find POP3 server	• The IP address of the server may be incorrect. Check if
		the IP address of the server is configured correctly.
		• The POP3 server may be down. Ask the network admin-
		istrator.
SMTP server error	SMTP authentication error	Entered user name or password may be incorrect. Check if
		the mail settings are configured correctly.
	Failed to resolve mail server	• The designated IP address of the DNS server may be
	address from DNS	incorrect. Check if the DNS settings are configured cor-
		rectly.
		• The DNS server may be down. Ask the network admin-
		istrator.
	Failed to find SMTP server.	• The IP address of the server may be incorrect. Check if
