SNMP MIBs and Traps, and RMON Alarm Defaults

MIB Support

The FrameSaver unit supports the SNMP Version 1, and has the capability of being managed by any industry-standard SNMP manager and accessed by external SNMP managers using the SNMP protocol.

The following MIBs are supported:

HMIB II (RFC 1213 and RFC 1573)

HFrame Relay DTEs MIB (RFC 2115)

HRS-232-Like MIB (RFC 1659)

HFrame Relay Service MIB (RFC 1604)

HEnterprise MIB

HRMON Version 1 MIB (RFC 1757)

HRMON Version 2 MIB (RFC 2021)

Downloading MIBs and SNMP Traps

Paradyne standard and enterprise MIBs are available from the Paradyne World Wide Web site.
