Setting for rear view camera(back up camera)
CAUTION
Pioneerrecommends the use of a camera
whichoutputs mirror reversed images, other-
wisescreen image may appear reversed.
Thisunit features a function that automatically
switchesto the rear view camera video (REAR
CAMERAIN jack) when a rear view camera is
installedon your vehicle. When thegear shift
isin REVERSE (R) position, the video auto -
maticallyswitches to a rear viewcamera
video.(For more details, consult your dealer.)
!Afteryou set upthe rear view camera set-
ting,move the gear shift in REVERSE (R)
andconfirm if a rear view camera video
canbe shown on the display.
!Ifthe display should be switched to a rear
viewcamera video by error while you are
drivingforward, change the rear viewcam-
erasetting.
!Toend watching a rear view camera video
andreturn to the source display, press and
holdVOLUME/MUTE.
!Evenwhile driving, rear view camera image
canbe displayed. To do this, touch
REARVIEWsource icon. In this case,touch
REARVIEWagain to turn off the rear view
camera.For details, refer to Selecting a
sourceon page 16.

Adjusting the LCD panel slideposition
Youcan adjust the LCD panel slide position so
thatthe panel is set back or forward.
1 TouchNEXT on the system menu.
2 TouchFLAP SET BACK to turn the set
backon.
TheLCD panel slides to the back.
#TouchFLAP SET BACK again to turn the set
backoff and the LCD panel slides to the front.
Setting the automatic openfunction
Toprevent the display from hitting the shift
leverof an automatic vehicle when it is in P
(park)position, or when you donot wish the
displayto open/close automatically, you can
setthe automatic open function in the manual
mode.
