Adjusting source levels

SLA(source level adjustment) lets you adjust
thevolume level of each source to prevent ra-
dicalchanges in volume when switching be-
tweensources.
!Settingsare based on the FM volume level,
whichremains unchanged.
1 Comparethe FM volume level with the
levelof the source you wish to adjust.
2 TouchNEXT on the audio function
menu.
3 TouchSLA.
4 Touchcor dto adjust the source vo-
lume.
Eachtime you touch cor dit increases or de-
creasesthe source volume.
+4to 4is displayed as the source volume is
increasedor decreased.

!TheAM volume level can also be adjusted
withsource level adjustments.
!VideoCD, CD, compressed audio and DivX
areset to the same source level adjustment

Setting the subtitle language

Youcan set a desired subtitle language. If the
selectedsubtitle language is recorded on the
DVD,subtitles are displayed in that language.
1 TouchSUB TITLE LANGUAGE on the
DVDsetup menu.
Asubtitle language menu is displayed.
2 Touchthe desired language.
Asubtitle language is set.
#Toswitch to the second language select
menu,touch NEXT.
