Invalid ZIP Code format.

Solution:

Check ZIP Code for invalid character. Example:

 

Zero (0) can only be the number, not the letter

 

(O). Verify that there is a dash inserted between

 

the 5 + 4 ZIP Code Per DMM manual specifica-

 

tions.

Reason:

Address too low.

Solution:

Verify the bottom of the last line of the address

 

field is not less than 5/8" from bottom edge of
