Use the "Capture Printer Port" option to map a path to the network drive.

Use the "End Capture" option to remove the mapping of a port from a network drive.

Use the Timeout Settings in the following manner:

Choose the "Not Selected" area to specify the time (in seconds) that Windows will wait for the printer to be online before reporting an error.

Choose the "Transmission retry "area to specify the time (in seconds) that Windows will wait for the printer to be ready to print before reporting an error.

Use "Spool Settings" to specify how the document is sent to the printer, ". Use the "What's This" feature to clarify the choices available in the Spool Settings menu.

Use "Port Settings" to change the printer port settings.

If you make any changes to the original settings, click "Apply" to save the settings and keep the Properties window open. Click" OK" to save the settings and close the Properties window.
