10.ROM Revision Number

This option is extremely useful whenever it is necessary to verify the Firmware Revision installed in the printer. It is also useful to determine if your printer requires an upgrade.

The Maintenance Count, which is the total number of print cycles accumulated, is also displayed. This information is helpful in determining solutions to printer problems.

To momentarily view the ROM Revision and the Maintenance Count:

1.Press the + or – buttons to scroll through the Setup Menu options until 10. ROM REVISION NUMBER appears on the LCD panel.

2.Press the Enter button to select this option.

3.Press the Menu button to back out of the menu until the printer displays “OFF LINE”. Then, press the On Line Button to enable the printer.
