SYNC THE TARGETS TO YOUR A300
Rememberto sync the training targetsto your A300 from the Flow web servicevia FlowSync or
Flow App. If you don't sync them, they are only visible in your Flow web service Diary or Favorites list.
Aftersy ncingy ourtraining targets to your A300,y ouc anfi nd:
lscheduledtrainingstargets in Targets menu(unperformedtrainingsof the past 1 week andnext 4
weeks)
ltrainingtargets listed as favorites in Favorites.

FAVORITESInFavorites, you can store andmanage yourf avoritetraining targets in the Flow web service. Your A300c an
havea maximum of 20 favorites at a time. If youhave over 20 favorites in the Flow web service, the first 20 in
thelist aretransferredto your A300 when syncing. You can find them underthe Favoritesmenu in your A300.
Youcan change the orderof your favorites by draggingand droppingthem in the web service. Choose the
favoriteyou want to move and dragit intothe place you want to put it inthe list.
Add a Training Targetto Favorites:
1. Createa trainingtarget.
2. Click the favorites icon onthe lower right cornerof the page.
