4.6.1.20.1 Encryption <encryption/>

sec.encryp-	0, 1	0	If set to 0, the phone-specific contact direc-
tion.upload.dir			tory is uploaded to the server unencrypted
			regardless of how it was downloaded. This
			will replace whatever phone-specific contact
