6. IEEE 802.1X is an authentication protocol that can be used with IEEE 802.11b networks see menu screen on next page. Currently, MD5 Challenge and TLS are the EAP Extensible Authentication Protocol types supported by the NETBOOK PRO. The EAP type setting must match the configuration of the RADIUS Server on the wired network. In addition to this, the access point must support IEEE 802.1X and must be configured appropriately

4. There is no Device Manager in Windows NT 4.0. The closest is a list of IRQs, I/O ports and DMA channels. These are accessed by the Start button, selecting Programs, then Administrative Tools Common, then Windows NT Diagnostics. Select the Resources page in the Windows NT Diagnostics dialog box.
