802.11b Radio Configuration

6.IEEE 802.1X is an authentication protocol that can be used with IEEE 802.11b networks (see menu screen on next page). Currently, MD5 Challenge and TLS are the EAP (Extensible Authentication Protocol) types supported by the NETBOOK PRO. The EAP type setting must match the configuration of the RADIUS Server on the wired network. In addition to this, the access point must support IEEE 802.1X and must be configured appropriately.

7.Selecting Advanced in the Wireless Information tab will allow you to configure the types of networks to connect to.
