●DIS (Digital Image Stabilizer)
✤The DIS function works in CAM mode only.
✤DIS (Digital Image Stabilizer) is a function that compensates for any shaking or hand movement while holding the camcorder (within reasonable limits).
✤It provides more stable pictures when:
■Recording with the zoom
■Recording a small object
■Recording and walking at the same time
■Recording through the window of a vehicle

✤La función DIS sólo opera en las modalidades CAM.
✤DIS (Estabilizador digital de la imagen) es una función que compensa las sacudidas o los movimientos de la mano al sostener la videocámara, dentro de unos límites razonables.
✤Proporciona imágenes más estables cuando:
■Se graba con el zoom
■Se graba un objeto pequeño muy de cerca
■Se graba mientras se camina
■Se graba a través de la ventanilla de un vehículo
1.Set the camcorder to CAM mode.
2.Press the MENU button.
■The menu list will appear.
3.Move the MENU SELECTOR highlight to CAMERA and push the MENU SELECTOR.
■The sub menu list will appear.
4.Move the MENU SELECTOR to activate the DIS function, push the MENU SELECTOR.
■The DIS menu is changed to ON.
■If you do not want to use the DIS function, set the DIS menu to OFF.
■The setting switches between ON/OFF each time you push the MENU SELECTOR.
■The DIS function will not turn off during the Recording.
5.To exit, press the MENU button.

1.Ajuste la videocámara en la modalidad CAM.
2.Pulse el botón MENÚ .
■Aparece la lista del menú.
3.Desplace el SELECTOR MENÚ hasta resaltar CAMERA y pulse el SELECTOR MENÚ .
■Aparece la lista del submenú.
4.Desplace el SELECTOR MENÚ para activar la función DIS y pulse el SELECTOR MENÚ .
■El menú DIS se sitúa en la posición ON.
■Si no desea utilizar la función DIS, ajústela en OFF en el menú.
■Al pulsar repetidas veces el botón MENU SELECTOR, la opción cambiará alternativamente entre activada y desactivada (ON/OFF).
■La función DIS no se apagará durante la grabación.
5.Para salir, pulse el botón MENÚ .

■It is recommended that you deactivate the shake compensation function when using a tripod.
■If you use the DIS function, the picture quality may deteriorate
