✤The ZERO MEMORYfunction works in both CAM and PLAYER
modes.
✤You can mark a point on a tape that you want to return to following
playback.
1. Press the ZERO MEMORYbutton on the remote control before the
recording or during the playback at the point you wish to return.
■
The time code is changed to a tape counter that is set to zero
memory with the 0:00:00(Zero memory indicator)
■
If you want to cancel the zero memory function, press the
ZERO MEMORYbutton again.
2. Finding the zero position.
■
When you have finished playback, fast forward or rewind the
tape.
- The tape stops automatically when it reaches the zero
position.
■
When you have finished recording, press the power switch on
the PLAYER and press the (REW) button.
- The tape stops automatically when it reaches the zero
position.
3. The tape counter with the (Zero memory indicator) disappears
from the display and the tape counter is changed to the time code.
Notes
■
In the following situations, ZERO MEMORYmode may be
canceled automatically:
- At the end of the section marked with the ZERO MEMORY
function.
- When the tape is ejected.
- When you remove the battery pack or power supply.
■
The zero memory may not function correctly where there is a
break between recordings on the tape.

✤La función de memoria (ZERO MEMORY) opera en las
modalidades CAM y PLAYER.
✤Esta función permite marcar un punto de la cinta al que quiera
regresar después para ver la grabación.
1. Pulse el botón ZERO MEMORYdel mando a distancia en el
punto al que quiera regresar.
■
El código de tiempos se convierte en un indicador de memoria
que se ajusta en 0:00:00.
■
Si desea cancelar la función de memoria cero, pulse de nuevo
el botón ZERO MEMORY.
2. Búsqueda de la posición cero.
■
Cuando haya acabado de ver la cinta, adelántela o rebobínela.
- La cinta se detiene automáticamente cuando llega a la
posición cero.
■
Cuando haya acabado de grabar, ajuste el interruptor de la
videocámara en la posición PLAYER y pulse el botón
(REW).
- La cinta se detiene automáticamente cuando llega a la
posición cero.
3. El contador de la cinta con el indicador de memoria cero
desaparece de la pantalla y vuelve a aparecer el código de tiempos.
Notas
■
La memoria cero se puede cancelar de manera automática en los
siguientes casos:
- Al final de una sección marcada con la función ZERO MEMORY.
- Cuando se extrae la cinta de la videocámara.
- Cuando se desconecta la videocámara o se le quita la batería.
■
Es posible que la función de memoria cero no funcione de manera
adecuada cuando haya un espacio entre grabaciones de la cinta.
