Changing Printer Setting
To change an operator panel setting, proceed as follows.
1Make sure the ‘READY’ message appears on the display.
2Press On Line.
Result: The ‘OFFLINE’ message appears on the display and the printer is
3Press Menu until the menu you need appears on the display.
4Press Item until the menu item you need appears on the display.
5Press Value until the setting you need appears on the display.
6Press Enter to save the selection.
Result : An asterisk(❊) appears beside the current user default setting for that menu item.
A value can be :
•A phrase or word that describes a setting.
•A numerical value that you can increase or decrease.
•An On or Off setting.
