Parameter	Description

NetBIOS name	NetBIOS name of the ISD300

NetBIOS workgroup	Name of the NetBIOS workgroup

WINS server	IP address or host name of the WINS
	server

Windows printer	Local user who can upload printer
admin	drivers on the ISD300 and change
	global printer settings

	Hard Disk

Model	Name of the hard disk

Total (spool area)	Total hard disc space for spooling print
	jobs

Available	Available hard disc space for spooling
	print jobs

How to configure e-mail or SNMP trap notifications?

Automatic error notification ensures possible system errors are instantly communicated to the administrator via email or SNMP Traps.

The ISD300 sends warnings and error messages via e-mail or SNMP traps to a recipient. The system administrator is automatically notified by the ISD300 if an error occurs on the ISD300. The notification level specifies which messages will be sent.

Notifications can be set by administrators only.

Proceed as follows:

1.Click Configuration.

2.Click Notification.

3.Enter the data; see Table: Parameter Settings - Notification.
