Microsoft Authentication (SMB)
Creating a user
Proceed as follows:
1.Click SMB printing.
2.Click Local users&groups.
3.Click Create new user.
4.Enter the username and the password. System user- and groupnames (root, LP, sys, users...) cannot be used.
5.Confirm the new password.
6.Click Create.
Deleting a user
Proceed as follows:
1.Click SMB printing.
2.Click Local users&groups.
3.Choose a user.
4.Click Delete user.
Changing the password of a user
Proceed as follows:
1.Click SMB printing.
2.Click Local users&groups.
3.Choose a user.
4.Click change password.
5.Enter the password.
6.Confirm the new password.
7.Click Set.
Assigning a user to groups
Proceed as follows:
1.Click SMB printing.
2.Click Local users&groups.
3.Choose a user.
