Parameter | Description |
PVID | The VLAN ID assigned to untagged frames |

Acceptable | This switch accepts “All” frame types, including |
Frame Type* | VLAN tagged or VLAN untagged frames. Note that |
| all VLAN untagged frames received on this port |
| are assigned to the PVID for this port. |
Ingress Filtering* | If set to “True,” incoming frames for VLANs which |
| do not include this ingress port in their member |
| set will be discarded at the ingress port. |
*These controls do not affect VLAN independent BPDU frames, such as GVRP or STP. However, they do affect VLAN dependent BPDU frames, such as GMRP.
