Error Message

When an abnormality occurs inside the copier or the copier is operated improperly, an error message is displayed on the LCD. Take the appropriate action by referring to the following chart.

For error messages that are not described below, refer to the Copying Function in the Operator’s Manual.

Note

When the message “Misfeed in xxxx”, “CASSETTE xx empty”, “LCF empty”, “Add paper”, “Toner empty”, or “Replace process unit” is displayed, memory reception may be performed. Clear the message without turning off the power.
