Deleting an Open Mailbox

This section describes the procedures to delete an exiting Open Mailbox within the hub unit.

Note

If a document exists in the Open Mailbox that you want to delete, this operation is not allowed until the document is retrieved, printed, or canceled from the Open Mailbox.

1 Press the	key.
2 Select the MAILBOX SETUP.
Press:	then

3 To select “3. MAILBOX DELETE”, press .

4 Enter the mailbox number and press the key.

5	Enter the password and press the	key.
	• Make sure that the correct password is entered.

Otherwise, the Message Display shows “Invalid number”.
