Removing the doors

Electrical Shock Hazard

Unplug the refrigerator before removing doors.

Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.

NOTE: Before removing doors, open both doors and remove base grille (see the “Removing the base grille” section).

TOOLS NEEDED:

Phillips screwdriver, 1⁄4" hex-head socket wrench, 5⁄16" hex-head socket wrench.

1.Unplug refrigerator or disconnect refrigerator from power supply.

2. If you have a dispenser (ice or water), disconnect water line.

•Remove hose from clip (A).

•Disconnect union nut (B) and slide it back onto tube.

•Remove metal insert (C) from tube.

•Remove union nut (B) and spring (D).

Tournevis Phillips, clé avec douille hexagonale de 1⁄4 po et douille hexagonale de 5⁄16 po.

1.Débrancher le réfrigérateur de la source de courant électrique.

2.Si l’appareil comporte un distributeur (de glaçons ou d’eau), déconnecter l’appareil de la canalisation d’eau.

•Détacher le tuyau de l’agrafe (A).

•Dévisser l’écrou du raccord droit

(B)et le ramener vers l’arrière du tube.

•Séparer du tube le corps métallique (C) du raccord droit.

•Retirer l’écrou du raccord droit

(B)et le ressort (D).
