6. Install Stabilizer Crossmember. This will con- |

sist of a Tube cross member and four Bolts and | RH Axle Strap | |
Nuts (See Figure 11). Install the Bolts with the | ||

Nuts on Top and bolts coming in from the Bottom |

(See Figure 12), this way only the Head of the Bolt |
| |
is lower than the Crossmember. Snug the Bolts; do |
| |
not tighten them yet. |

7.Weld Stabilizer Gusset to Rail Stiffener Weldment. Weld the Gusset to the Stabilizer Weldment now, Weld on both sides of the Gusset. The LH Gusset and RH Gusset must be welded.
