Listening from Your To listen to your messages from your computer, you must have a way of Computer playing audio files:

■A USB audio device such as a USB headset and an operating system that supports USB

OR

■A sound card, an application such as Windows Media Player, and either headphones or speakers

1Log in to the NBX NetSet utility with your extension and password.

2Go to My Messages > Voice Mailbox and select a message.

3Click Listen.

4The third-party application downloads the voice message and plays it.

5To delete the message, select the message and then click Delete.

Listening from Your To listen to your messages from your own 3Com Telephone:

1Pick up the handset and press the Message button to access the mailbox.

2At the prompt, dial your password and press #.
