Installing the batteries
Touse your TRGpro handheld computer, you must install two AAA
alkalinebatteries. The batteries fit behind the battery door on the bac k
of the unit. See “Battery considerations” in Appendix A for more
information.
Toinstall the batteries:
1. Pressthelatchonthebatterydoorandliftthebatterydooraway
from your handheld computer.
2. Install the two AAA alkalin e batteries supplied with your
handheld computer into the battery compartment.
Note: A diagram in the interior of the battery compartment
shows + and - ends of the batteries. When correctly
installed, the clips in the battery compartment secure the
batteries in place.
3. Insert the battery door back into place so that it is flus hwi th the
back ofy our handheld computer and “clicks” into position.
Batterydoor Covers the batteries that power your handheld
computer.
Serial(COM)

Covers the connector that connects your
handheldcomputer to the cradle, which in turn
connects to the back of your computer. This
allows you to update the information between
yourhandheld computer and personalcomputer
using HotSync technology.
