Address Book
AddressBook is the applica tion in which you store name and address
information about people or businesses.

Creating an Address Book entry

Arecord in Address Book is called an “entry.” You can create entries
onyour handheld co mputer, or you can use Palm Desktop software t o
create entries on your personal computer and then download the
entriesto your ha ndheld computer with your next HotSync operation.
Palm Desktop software also has data import capabilities that enable
youto load database files into Address Book on your handheld
computer.

To create a new Address Book entry:
1. Pressthe Address Book application button onthe front of your
handheld computer to display the Address List.
2. Tap New.
3. Enter the last name of the person you want to add to your
AddressBook.
Note: Thehandheld computer automa tically capitalizes the first
letterof each field (except numeric ande-mailfields). You
don ot have to use the Graffiti capital stroke to capitalize
the first letter of the name.
