Address Book
AddressBook ena bles you to keep names, addresses, phone
numbers, and other information about your p ersonal or
business contacts.
In Address Book, youc an dothe following:
■Quickly look up or enter names, addresses, phone numbers, and
otherinformation.
■Enterup to five phone numbers (home, work, fax, car, etc.) or
e-mailaddresses for each name.
■Define which phone number appears in the Address List for each
AddressBook entry.
■Attacha note to each Address Book entry, in which youcan enter
additionalinformation about the entry.
■AssignAddress Book entries to categories so that you can
organizeand view them in logical groups.
To open Address Book:
■Pressthe Address Book appli cationbutton onthe front panel of
your handheld computer. Address Book opens to display the list
ofall your records.
Note: Pressthe Address Bo oka pplication button repeatedly to cycle
through the categories in which you have records.
