make sure the HotSync Manager is

running.If it isnot, open PalmDesktop

software.

■Click the HotSync Manager, choose

Setupan dcl ick the Local tab. Check

that the Serial Port setting displays the

correctCOM port where your cradle is

attached.

■Makesure the cradle is connected

securely.
