Thesc reenpointer lets you place a floatingarrow on the shareddesktop to point out an item of
interest.

If the presenterdisables drawingon the shared desktop, the screenpointer menu is unavailable.
gTo use thescreen pointer
1. Select Menu > Tools > ScreenPointer. A screen pointerappears on the shareddesktop. For
thef irst few seconds, the arrow flashes reds o you can distinguishit from otherpointers on the
screen.The name of the participantusing the sc reenpointer appearsbeneaththe pointer.

Any numberof participants can use screen pointersat the same time.
2. Click t hearrowheadand drag the screenpointer to the position you want.
Circulararrows appearin the pointer while you move it, indicating that you can turnt hepointer
ina diff erentdirection.
Thepointer points in the directionyou drag it. For example, if you drag the screenpointer from
left to right, the arrowpoints to t heright.

Youcan move the screen pointerw ithout changingits direction by click ingthe rear half of the
arrow,not the arrowhead.
gTo dismiss the screenpointer
Double-clickt hesc reenpointer.
