If you downloadedthe software and savedi t to a location otherthan your desktop, you must open
thef olderthat contains SMARTBridgit client software and double-clickthe icon there. See
DownloadingSMART Bridgit client software on the previouspage.
1. Select Menu > Exit SMART Bridgit (Windows) orMenu >Quit (Mac computers).
A confirmationdialog box appears.
2. Click OK in the confirmation dialogbox.
The Audio Setup Wizard
Whenyou run SMART Bridgit client softw arefor the first time and VoIP has beenenabledby your
serveradministrator, you could beprompted to runt heAudio Setup Wizard. Use the wiz ardto s et the
volumelevels f oryour microphoneand headphonesor speakers.
gTo run the Audio Setup Wizard
1. Ensure yourheadphones(or speakers)and microphoneare connected to yourc omputerand
areturned on.
2.1. Close (Windows operatingsyst ems) orquit (Mac operatings ystem software) all other
programsthat play or recordsound.
3. Click Next, and then follow the on-screeninstructions.
After you set up the audiodevices, you can use them to speak in a meeting. See Using voice
conferencingon page21.
If you're the meeting's owner,y oucan adjust the audio settings for better soundquality or for less
bandwidthusage. See Changingaudio settings on page38.
