1. Start Outlook, and thens witch to the calendarview.
2. Click t hearrow on the New button, andthen select Meeting Request.
An untitledmeeting request formappears.
3. Click Settings.
TheSMART SchedulerSettings dialogbox appears.

Changesmade to a meeting's settings affect only the current meeting. Forinformation on
howt o changethe settings for all meetings, refer to Schedulinga SMARTBridgit meeting in
Microsoft Outlook onthe previous page.
4. To changeServer Settings,t ype a new servername in the appropriatebox.

Do not changethe server settings unless directed to by your system administrator.
5. To removea password from the meeting, clear the Passwordprotect this meeting check
box. If you want to use a password, leave it selected.

Every time this check box is s elected,a new passw ordis randomlygenerated.If you type a
newpassw ord,and then clear andselect this check box, the password field is reset.
6. To changethe password, type a new password in the appropriatebox.
7. If you're using the Voice Bridge option, select Sharethe following voice bridge details for
this meeting,and then type the telephonenumberand meeting codein the appropriateboxes.
