1. Select Menu > Options(Windows operating systems), or Menu > Preferences(Mac
operatingsystem software).
2. Click t heA udio Settings tab.
gTo changeaudio device settings
1. Select the speakers you want to use from the Speakers drop-downlist.
2. Select the microphoneyou want to use from the Microphone drop-downlis t.
3. Click OK.
Use the AudioSetup Wiz ard to set the volume levels for your microphoneand headphonesor
speakers.
gTo run the Audio Setup Wizard
1. Ensure yourheadphonesor speakers andmic rophoneareconnected to your computerand
turnedon.
2. Close all other programsthat play or recordsound.
3. Click t heA udio Setup Wizard button.
4. Click Next to start the wiz ard,and then follow the on-screeninstructions.
After you set up the audiodevices, you can use them to speak in a meeting.
gTo changeaudio notification options
Select Sounds when users join/leave to enableaudio notifications, or cleart hec heck box to
disablethe audio notifications.
gTo optimize the audio settings
1. If you want better audio quality, select Optimize for high audio quality.
If you want to use less bandwidth, select Optimize for low bandwidth.

less bandwidthwhile sacrificing some sound quality.
