Monitoring a meeting's performance – participant
Whenyou view the shareddesktop, the Show/Hide Partipant List button turns yellow if
yourcomputer is 5 to 10 seconds behindt hepresenter's. If your computeris more than 10 seconds
behindthe presenter's, theS how/Hide Partipant List button button turns red .
gTo view the meetingperformance for yourcomputer
Click the Show/Hide Partipant List button
Thedelay interval (in seconds)appears to the right of your name.
If your computercontinues to lag behindthe meeting, you and the presentercan take steps to
improveperformance.

If you're participatingin a meeting andy ous eeevents on the presenter's desktop several seconds
afterthey happen, you can try a numberof t hings:

lStops haringyour webcam.
lStopusing audio and uset ext messaging(chat) instead.
lAvoid usingthe Fit presenter'sdesktop to dialog box option if you're using a less powerful
computer.If your desktopi s the same size or largerthan the presenter's, you can view the
shareddesktop in Full Screen modewithout using scroll bars.
