9Remove the new lithium battery from its package, and, being careful to observe the correct polarity, insert it in the battery socket.

10Reconnect or replace any internal components you needed to disconnect or remove.

11Replace the server’s cover. Reconnect any external components you needed to disconnect.

12Attach the AC power cord.

13Run Setup to restore the configuration settings to the RTC.

WARNING! Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Discard used batteries according to manufacturer’s instructions.
