Installing the envelope cassette

IMPORTANT The LaserWriter 12/640 PS envelope cassette fits into the 500-sheet feeder. For instructions on installing the optional 500-sheet cassette and feeder, see “Installing the 500-Sheet Cassette and Feeder,” earlier in this chapter.

1Unpack the envelope cassette and remove all packing materials.

2Remove the 500-sheet cassette and insert the envelope cassette.

3Configure your printer software to use the envelope feeder.
