9Carefully pull the keyboard forward to loosen the four tabs at the top. Be very careful to avoid pulling the keyboard out too far. The cable attaching the keyboard to the computer is very short.
Gently slide the keyboard away from the display a short distance to disengage these tabs.
WARNING Don’t pull the keyboard away from the display more than 3/8". If you pull the keyboard away from the display more than 3/8", you may pull this cable out of its socket.
This action should move the top edge of the keyboard out of its enclosure, allowing you to grasp and free the entire keyboard.
