Click on “on” to start the sequencer
Set the pitch of each note in turning the knobs of the sequence row applied to the Driver oscillator.

Also set the length of the notes with the “length” knob
Set the length of each note
You can add a little portamento by turning the “smooth” knob on the right of the line corresponding to your sequence.
