5.7.2 AdjustingKPROPTheKPRO P term can be used to reduce following error. Its value will usually be muc h smaller
thanthe value us ed for an equivalent current controlled system. A fr actional value, for example
0.1,will probably givethe best response.
1. Clic k in the KPROP box and enter astarting
valueof 0.1.
2. Clic k Go.
TheNex tMove PCI will perform the move and the motor will turn. As the soon as the
moveis completed,WorkBench v5 will dow nload captured data from the NextMove PCI.
Thedata will then be dis played in the Capture window as a graph.
Note: Thegraph that you s ee will not look exactly the same as the graph shown her e!
Rememberthat eac h motor has a slightly different response.

select the Measured position and Demand
