1� Find the cable connect ing your modem an d computer*. Unplug i t

from the computer and p lug it into the yell ow port on the B elkin

Router.

2� Connect the new cable (p rovided in the box) to any gray port on

the Router. Plug the other en d into a network ( Ethernet) port on

your computer.

3� Plug the power supply into a wall outlet, and th e other end into th e

black port on the Bel kin Router. As the Rou ter wakes up, lights will

come on; recheck your c onnections if the “Wired” and “Ro uter”

lights are not a steady blue after 20 sec onds.

4� Rotate the antennas up.

5� Locate the CD in this guide and insert it i nto your computer. The

Setup Wizard should ap pear automaticall y. If it doesn’t, open

the CD in My Computer ( Windows) or the Find er (Mac OS X) a nd

double-click the “Rou ter Setup” icon.

*If you are replacing an exi sting router, find the cable conn ecting the mo dem and old rou ter.

Disconnect it from the ol d router and pl ug it into the yel low port on th e new router.
