4.Aligning the replicator connector on the bottom of FIVA with the connector on the port replicator, lower FIVA onto the port replicator. Make sure the hooks on the replicator fit into the holes on the bottom of FIVA. FIVA is properly attached to the replicator when the eject lever is fully extended.

To remove FIVA from the replicator

1.Quit all applications and shut down the system.

2.Disconnect the AC adaptor and all peripheral cables.

3.Pressing the port replicator’s eject lever, lift FIVA from the port replicator.

Never transport FIVA while it is mounted on the port replicator. If you do, FIVA may suddenly fall off and become damaged.

Using a number of peripherals in combination with the port replicator can put large power demands on the FIVA power supply. Because of this, you have to use the AC adaptor whenever FIVA is connected to the port replicator.
