Solution

Verify that you are using an appropriate print cable.

Reboot the PC and the Printer to restore communication.

Install a new Ribbon and press RESUME to continue or CANCEL to reset.

Print Ribbon not installed.

The print Ribbon is not installed.	Install a Ribbon and press
	RETRY or press IGNORE
	to continue with no Ribbon
	installed.

Ribbon Release Timeout Error

Smart card Encoder not installed.

There is a problem with the Ribbon release timeout function.

The Smart Card Encoder is not properly installed.

Cancel the print job and try again. If the problem persists, call for technical assistance.

Upgrade Required:

Wrong Ribbon

The Laminator Module needs its	Upgrade the Laminator
