Preparing to Adjust the Print Offset, Transfer TOF and Transfer EOF

Step

Procedure

1

Before starting the alignment procedures, you must first establish a baseline from which to start the adjustments.

Before adjusting the Print Offset, TOF and EOF, the Print and Transfer Film Sensors should be calibrated.

Ensure that the Film is loaded into the Printer and that no Film marks are resting under Sensors.

Close the Lid and all other covers.

From the Sensor Calibration menu, select Calib Film Sensors. The Printer will then calibrate the Sensors automatically.

Select MENU, Setup Printer, Print Settings.

Select the Print Offset button.

Set baseline for CR-80 to -15 and CR-100 to -30 and press the Select button.

Select Transfer TOF.

Set to +40 and press the Select button.

Select the Transfer EOF button.

Set to ZERO and press the Select button.
