sets theI Rmode to IRDA mode. Specifying the MIN, MAX, or DEF parameter
sets the IR mode to the minimum, maximum, or default value respectively.
8.4.9.5 SYSTem:COMMunicate:IR:TIMe? [MIN|MAX|DEF]
Returnsthe IR sample period setting.
Example: SYST:COMM:IR:TIM?
Response:1
Specifying the MIN parameter returns a value of 0.1. Specifying the MAX pa-
rameter returns a valueof 3600. Specifying the DEF parameter returns a value
of 1.
8.4.9.6 SYSTem:COMMunicate:IR:TIMe<num>|MIN|MAX|DEF
Sets the IR port sample period setting.
Example: SYST:COMM:IR:TIMe1
The <num>p arametercan be one of the following values: 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 5,
10, 30, 60, 120, 300, 600, 1800 or 3600. The unitsare seconds. If a value other
than one listed here is used, the instrument automatically selects the nearest ac-
ceptablevalue that is less than the value entered. Values greater than 3600 or
lessthan 0.1 are ignored. Specifying the MIN, MAX or DEF parameter sets the
sample period setting to the minimum, maximum, or default value respectively.
8.4.9.7 SYSTem:COMMunicate:SERial:BAUD? [MIN|MAX|DEF]
Returnsthe serial port baud rate setting.
SYST:COMM:SER:BAUD?
2400
Specifying theMIN p arameterreturns a value of 1200. Specifying the MAX
parameter returns a baud rate of 19200. Specifying the DEF parameter returns a
baud rate of 9600.
8.4.9.8 SYSTem:COMMunicate:SERial:BAUD <baud>|MIN|MAX|DEF
Sets the serial port baud rate setting.
SYST:COMM:SER:BAUDMIN
The <baud>parameter can be one of thefollowing values: 1200, 2400, 4800,
9600, or 19200. If a valueother than one listed is used, the instrument automat-
ically selects the nearest acceptable value.Values greater than 19200 or less
than 1200 are ignored.Specifying the MIN, MAX or DEF parameter sets the
port baud rate setting to the minimum, maximum, or default value respectively.
8.4.9.9 SYSTem:COMMunicate:SERial:FDUPlex? [MIN|MAX|DEF]
Returns the serial port echo (duplex)setting.
