8.1Installing expansion cards

The system board has seven PCI Express slots. Slots 1-5 are connected as x4 interfaces, whereby slot 3 and slot 5 are used as x8 interfaces if slot 2 and slot 4 are empty.

I Slot 1 is the preferred slot for the SAS/SATA RAID controller (bootable).
