ÊCarefully press the new expansion card into the relevant slot on the system board (1).

ÊFit the clip onto the slot cover so that the pin fits into the hole.

ÊPush the clip under the metal nose (2) until it clicks into place.

ÊSwing the lever (3) downward into its locking position.

ÊIf required, connect the cables to the expansion card and other components.

ÊClose the server, connect it to the power outlet, and switch it on as described in the chapter "Completion" on page 105.
