4Wait until the blue network light on the lid of your HP PSC is lit.

The LED turns solid blue when there is an active network connection. To turn off the network light, disconnect the cable from the back of the lid.

Note: It might take a few moments for your HP PSC network settings to become active and available for use.

Note: Installation time can range from 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on your OS, the amount of available space, and the processor speed.

1Quit all applications.

2Insert the HP PSC software installation CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive.

The Welcome screen appears.

3Click Next and follow the instructions provided by the Installer to check and prepare the system, and install drivers, plug-ins, and software. This will take several minutes.
