Testing Your Installation
4A simple test to mak e certain that everything has been installed correctly is to execute the command diskinfo .
1.First mak e sure a CD ROM is inserted in the driv e.
2.Then, type the following (using the appropriate device le name as the argument). For example:
diskinfo /dev/rdsk/c201d2s0
If the disk is installed correctly , diskinfo will displa y a listing of information about it, suc h as the following:

Mounting the New CD ROM Drive
SAM will mount the disc for y ou when you install the driv e. You can then mount it and unmount it manually, using the mount and umount commands, as with a exible disk.
