Searching	The MS is searching for the network but fails to find a proper cell.
	When the MS restarts or is not covered by signals, the MS is in this
	service state.

No connection	The MS is accessing the cell and registering with the network. In this
	case, the service state is “idle”.

Cell	The MS is covered by signals of a cell but is searching for a better
Reselection	cell.

Limited Service	The MS is located inside a cell but does not register with the
	network. In this case, the MS can make emergency calls only.
