The AT+C SCB command selects the type of cell messages.

Parameter description
<mode>: numeric, which indicates the message type.
z 0: adds the message type that is defined by <mids><dcss> from the previous
settings.
z 1: removes the message type that is defined by <mids><dcss> from the
previous settings.
