Ins tall all utilities and dr ivers to the adm inis trator ’s PC .
Configure the pr inter s er ver ( inc luding the pr inter s er ver nam e and network pr otocol)
Add the network por t of the pr inter s er ver to the adm inistr ator ’s PC .
If you want to print from this adm inis tr ator ’s PC to the pr inter s er ver , all you need to do is to perform W indows’ standar d “ Add Pr inter”
